David week 13...346.4 (-2.2 lbs.) Total Loss 30.2 lbs.


I did pretty well again this week.  I ate really well except for maybe Sunday because I have really been trying to do a true fast and go for 24 hrs. (or at least close).  So when I broke my fast I kind of over ate, but I busted my butt on Monday to work it off.   
I'm still riding my bike to work 3 times a week.  It's easier now so I really enjoy it.   I decided to put a current picture of myself on here.  It is seconds before I started typing this thanks to my built in cam on my new iMac.  SWEET!
